• Work as a Business Process Consultant focusing on healthcare. • Facilitate and manage projects by serving as liaison for users and developers. • Communicate goals and evaluate results effectively. • Develop and communicate detailed specifications for implementation. • Produce reports, timelines and graphics as needed. • Analyze current processes and gather performance data. • Design and present strategies for workflow improvements. • Train employees on new processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. • Four years + business process experience. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Leadership skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate and organize. • Preferred Organizational Change Management experience. • Lean Six Sigma certified. • Business Process Certification. • Prosci Change Management Certification. • Five to seven years relevant experience. • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant field. • PMP Certification.
