• 2+ years of experience leading teams, mentoring, and coaching. • 5+ years of experience building modern, cloud-native data platforms. • Strong understanding of data security, governance, metadata management, and data architecture. • Proficiency with Linux, Python programming, and scripting for data automation. • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). • Hands-on experience building and maintaining streaming architectures using Kafka, Event Hubs, or similar technologies. • 2+ years working with tools like Power BI, Grafana, or other visualization platforms. • Familiarity with tools like Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Grafana. • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, resolve conflicts, and align the team.
