Description

• Play a pivotal role in project management and platform development. • Help drive platform design and interface development. • Manage UX/UI and data design of IIX platform products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Use agile methodologies to manage development process. • Monitor and analyze platform performance using relevant data and metrics. • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. • Manage User Experience (UX) and Design. • Work closely with UX designers to enhance platform's usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in product management, data analysis, or a related role. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products. • Experience working with data-driven product decisions. • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Experience with big data technologies
