🎯 Requirements
• Minimum ten years of combined experience in project management, research, management consulting and/or similar experience • Familiarity with the financing/ investment and SME landscape preferred • Excellent research and technical writing skills (applicants will be required to submit past writing outputs and may be asked to undergo additional writing tests) • Experience in conducting training, market research and writing / management of research reports • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership ability • Outstanding presentation and verbal/written communication and fluency in English • High comfort level working in a relatively flat, non-hierarchical and fast-paced environment environment • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) • Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and verbal • Banking and private sector consulting experience
