Description

β€’ Lead and mentor multiple direct reports within the AMR Regional Marketing team. β€’ Oversee and implement digital aspects of regional marketing campaigns. β€’ Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Product Marketing, and Customer Segment Marketing. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing excellence in the region. β€’ Utilize metrics to optimize programs and campaigns and communicate achievements to stakeholders. β€’ Integrate digital elements into events and ensure campaigns align with internal agency governance for metrics measurement.

Requirements

β€’ Previous people management and mentoring experience required. β€’ Excellent communications (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills required. β€’ Significant marketing communications experience in a highly matrixed corporate marketing department required. β€’ Previous experience in email marketing, lead generation, online content development, and audience targeting required. β€’ Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. β€’ Experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred. β€’ Experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads) and self-serve, social buying platforms preferred (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). β€’ Working knowledge of project management tools and processes (QUIP, Workfront or similar). β€’ Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required. β€’ Experience building/using data visualization and dashboards in Tableau or Salesforce preferred.
