Description
• Analyze, design, build, and implement service-based solutions using object-oriented frameworks and modern cloud PAAS approaches (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) • Develop and enhance testing patterns and practices to ensure high-quality software delivery • Operate as part of an Agile team to execute a diverse set of tasks across various domains of the enterprise • Build, test, and deliver production-ready services and products (that consume said services) • Collaborate with team leads, architects, and managers to continuously improve existing development patterns and practices • Actively participate in daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives • Mentor and guide other team members to improve technical skills and processes • Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure development processes are not blocked
Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of professional development experience, with at least 3 years working in Agile teams • Strong experience with cloud-based solutions and one or more of the following PAAS platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (C#, Nodejs, Java, etc), design patterns, and data structures • Experience building and interacting with RESTful APIs • Familiarity with common testing frameworks (Microsoft Testing, NUnit, JUnit, etc) • Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly to new programming languages, frameworks, and development practices • Excellent multitasking abilities with the capability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with Agile software development patterns and practices • Previous experience in mentoring junior team members and leading process improvement initiatives
