Description

• Manage a portfolio of PL product initiatives in various formats (e.g., print, digital, video, etc.). • Work with the Sr. Director, Product Strategy to define and execute a comprehensive PL product roadmap. • Help monitor product performance, analyze user feedback and data, and drive iterative improvements and feature enhancements. • Plan and oversee market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape. • Collaborate with various teams on steps of the product life cycle. • Manage staff and resources effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in educational or educational technology publishing (or a related industry). • Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM), Content Management Systems (CMS), and digital platforms. • A track record of success with curriculum-based professional learning and adult learning. • Experience collaboratively and effectively working with technical and non-technical partner teams to oversee delivery of product solutions. • Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
