Description

• Assist in the Recruitment Process: Support the HR team in various stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. • Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels. • Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and manage candidate information in the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. • Conduct Market Research: Perform research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to help improve our recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software. • Experience in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes. • Previous Startup Experience in internship is valued
