📋 Description
• Provide implementation expertise on enterprise projects • Responsible for technical delivery of iManage products • Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure successful solutions • Serve as subject matter expert and trusted advisor • Conduct product demonstrations and provide best-practice advice • Build and deploy solutions according to design specifications • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to customers and team members • Present progress reports to Project Manager or customer teams • Maintain knowledge of current and trending technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Advanced SQL experience with a deep understanding of data normalization, transformation, and query optimization • Hands-on experience running, monitoring, and fine-tuning migrations at scale with on-premises and cloud environments • Experience handling sensitive data in heavily regulated industries adhering to data security policies • Application integration and/or development skills using JavaScript, Python, REST APIs and experience with JSON • Implementation delivery skills for installing, deploying, validating, and troubleshooting solutions • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and technical architecture • Experience working with Microsoft platforms and technologies including Azure, Virtual Desktop, and Citrix • Excellent client-facing skills, including workshop planning, delivery & documentation • Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and prepare documentation
