Description
• This position will provide support to the Clinical Operation team by overseeing the operation and execution of all aspects of regional clinical trials • GCP compliant planning and conduct of Clinical Operations related activities for clinical trials (incl. Clinical Operations related timelines and budget) in USA • GCP compliant oversight of outsourced Clinical Operations activities for clinical trial activities in USA • Providing functional area input into GCP/GCLP vendor selection and support with vendor qualification as required • Performing following activities on clinical trial level in USA • Feasibility and clinical trial sites selection • Risk management • Management of internal and external stakeholders • Issue management • Performance review and management • Administration of clinical trials (finances, logistics , clinical trial specific internal and external communication) related to Clinical Operations in USA • Ensuring training of clinical trial team and external collaboration partner in USA • Developing and maintaining SOPs, guidance documents & training material for Clinical Operations
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in life science or nursing or equivalent degree and/or related experience; • At least 2 years of clinical project management experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry, preferred in oncology and cell therapy • Advanced leadership skills and strong team player • Proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility within own scope • Intermediate presentation skills and advanced organizational skills • Full reflection on complex process structures and connections • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English with high degree of tact and diplomacy • Strong ability to identify , deeply analyze and communicate problems • Analytical reasoning and good project management skills • Comprehensive understanding of priorities within own scope with limited interaction with the supervisor • Proactively driving company standards, global harmonization and innovation in own scope • Proactively driving quality and efficiency to meet timelines and milestones in own scope • Fostering innovation and development in own area
