• Come and join us as a leading voice for our UX/UI Design! • Immersive is the leader in people-centric cyber resilience. • We help organizations continuously assess, build, and prove their cyber workforce resilience. • We provide realistic simulations and hands-on cybersecurity labs. • We encourage people of all different backgrounds and identities to apply. • We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on delivering outcome-driven design solutions. • You will be a key player within a team of 3 product designers. • You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that effectively solve complex user challenges and drive measurable business outcomes. • You will influence the design of repeatable processes to streamline collaboration with Engineering and Product Management teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in setting up, maintaining and working with a design system • A number of years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of collaborating closely with Product Managers and Front End developers. • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar and Jira. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with a focus on simplicity, functionality, and usability. • Strong communication and moderating skills (UX Workshops, Demo´s, etc.)) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development process. • Portfolio showcasing your design expertise, collaboration with product teams, and contributions to achieving business objectives. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enabling effective collaboration with Front End developers. • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field would be nice to have but not essential
