• Immigrant Invest is an international company that specializes in citizenship and residency by investment programs. • We are currently looking for a Head of Sales Department to become part of our team. • Responsibilities include establishing and leading the sales department, implementing processes, and managing performance. • Manage lead distribution and assist with complex transactions to maintain quality standards. • Develop strategies to improve sales performance and ensure optimal manager performance. • Oversee CRM systems and conduct meetings to ensure alignment and quality.
Requirements
• Higher education and extensive experience in international markets. • 5+ years of experience in Sales Leadership • Fluency in English and Russian • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage stress. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals. • Experience in immigration law, investment, insurance, or finance would be beneficial.
