• About Immunefi • Immunefi is the leading Web3 security platform, safeguarding the blockchain ecosystem by empowering security researchers and developers to protect decentralized protocols. • The Role • As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of key initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive product development from ideation to execution. • What You’ll Do • Product Execution & Contribution to Strategy – Understand the company’s strategic goals and contribute with innovative ideas and solutions that drive business impact. • Impact & Leadership – Take ownership of high-impact initiatives, from concept to experimentation through to delivery, whilst demonstrating measurable success. • Strategic Experimentation – Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, ensuring data-driven decision-making. • Rapid Iteration & Execution – Drive progress efficiently, making smart trade-offs between speed and quality. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and team alignment. • Customer Focus & Problem-Solving – Understand user needs deeply and prioritize solutions that solve real problems. • Outcome-Oriented Thinking – Measure success using qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring product initiatives align with business goals. • Adaptability & Long-Term Thinking – Balance short-term execution with a long-term vision, iterating based on feedback and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of driving impact in fast-paced environments. • Deep understanding of product development—ability to lead teams through ideation, prioritization, and execution. • Ability to translate strategy into action, identifying opportunities to enhance the product while aligning with business objectives. • Strong analytical skills, with experience designing and running experiments to validate product decisions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring smooth alignment across teams. • A user-centric mindset—ability to translate customer insights into impactful product features. • Self-starter mentality, capable of driving progress without unnecessary delays.
