Description

• Lead the strategic sourcing, contracting, negotiations, and supplier management for Immunovant • Partner across multiple functions to deliver outsourcing needs • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for outsourced services • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate review of agreements and documents • Manage the contracting process for outsourced services • Ensure vendors execute services as committed; support issue resolution • Drive the development of key templates, training, and processes for growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with emphasis on biotech/pharma, life sciences • 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech preferred • Minimum of 7 years of indirect and SG&A procurement experience • Experience in procure-to-pay process and working in a P2P system • Coupa or equivalent sourcing software experience a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence all levels • Ability to build consensus and strong partnerships • Excellent analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication skills • People management experience required • Highly skilled in establishing effective business relationships
