📋 Description

• ImpactAssets is the leading impact investing partner for individuals, families and philanthropists seeking to effect real change for people and planet. • The Associate – Investment Services role will be a critical part of the Investment Services team, supporting investment execution and post-investment management. • This role is essential in delivering quality service to internal and external clients alike. • This is a full time, remote position that requires travel 2-3 times per year to company events.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in accounting, finance, data science, investment operations, financial services or investment management and bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Exposure to impact investing and/or private market investing across asset classes (debt, equity, real assets, project finance) and investment types • Demonstrable investment experience with private debt/equity structures and private funds a plus • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Experience with data entry and working with large datasets • Prior experience with investment management systems a plus • Prior experience with ticket management systems a plus • Proven fluency in Excel • Quick learner, with ability to quickly parse and understand a variety of lengthy investment documents and structures • Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement with ability to identify and implement process improvements • Pride in efficient processing and quick response times • Highly attuned organizational skills, attention to detail, professional demeanor, ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
