Description
• Seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented staff accountant to join our finance team. • Responsible for assisting with the management of the accounting department. • Maintains financial records, prepares statements, reconciles accounts, ensures compliance. • Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, collaborative work. • Oversee billing cycle, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processes. • Manage sales tax registrations and financial reporting processes.
Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in Accounting or Finance • Proficiency with Quickbooks accounting software • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong ethical standards and professionalism • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
