Description

• Improvado is an AI-powered, unified platform for marketing teams to automate data insights. • As a rapidly scaling Series A startup, we partner with global brands to enhance marketing performance. • The Professional Services Tech Lead builds data and attribution models, mentoring analysts and improving service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record in data engineering and analytics. • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (or another programming language) • Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS. • Demonstrated ability to develop and refine Attribution models, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and other analytical frameworks Incrementality. • Proficient in ETL processes, knowledge of dbt, kimble modelling, SQL-mech • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or HubSpot. • Excellent communication and team coaching skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
