• Design, build, and maintain Prism pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with Workday Financials. • Develop and optimize data flows to meet business and reporting requirements. • Utilize Workday Studio for advanced integrations and development tasks. • Implement and manage Workday Orchestration for automating workflows and business processes. • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials modules to understand and support business processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. • Work independently to design and implement technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision. • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in Workday Prism with expertise in building Prism pipelines from Workday Financials. • Proficiency in Workday Studio for custom integration development. • Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestration for managing workflows. • 3-5 years of experience with Workday Financials, including knowledge of modules such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
