📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Responsible for ensuring optimal configuration, customization, and integration within the Salesforce platform. • Requires proficiency in both the technical aspects of Salesforce and the ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to drive effective solutions. • Configure Salesforce platform including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to meet business requirements. • Manage data migration, cleansing strategies, and implement best practices for data integrity within Salesforce. • Conduct workshops, interviews, and document analysis to elicit business requirements. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices, ensuring the platform is fully optimized for the business.
🎯 Requirements
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification. • Strong understanding and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools. • Experience with data migration, integration (REST, SOAP), and data security best practices. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver Salesforce solutions. • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. • Proven experience in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and UAT processes.
