• Vendor Coordination: Schedule and confirm Meet & Greets with Points of Contact (POCs) and suppliers, ensuring alignment across different time zones. • Prescreening: Conduct prescreening interviews for software engineering profiles, evaluating candidates for technical and cultural fit. • Onboarding Support: Assist in gathering necessary information to ensure efficient onboarding of suppliers and vendors, and coordinate with appropriate POCs. • Stakeholder and Candidate Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and candidates, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes. • Task Management: Update work assignment trackers and manage project progress through tools such as Asana and Jira. • Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with vendors, stakeholders, and candidates.
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting IT roles, with a focus on software engineering positions. • Proven experience scheduling and confirming Meet & Greets with POCs and suppliers. • Solid familiarity with Asana and/or Jira. • Strong experience in updating work assignment trackers and managing project timelines. • Experience conducting prescreening interviews for software engineering profiles. • Advanced English proficiency (almost native level). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to the task at hand. • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and effective interactions.
