Description

• Focus on expanding Salesforce use across departments at Inatai • Collaborate across multiple teams to enhance service to grantees • Refine Salesforce system and grantmaking process • Support end-users with business processes and resolve Salesforce issues • Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration tasks in Salesforce • Implement and maintain Salesforce platform integrations • Monitor and maintain data quality and analyze grants data

Requirements

• A deep commitment to equity and social justice and strong alignment with our organizational values • Ability to authentically connect the Foundation’s mission and aspirations with one’s own experiences • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work effectively and respectfully with diverse people and communities • At least three years of experience supporting Salesforce in nonprofit/grantmaking settings • Experience working with users across multiple departments and configuring Salesforce for varied business use cases • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite • Significant experience cleaning, analyzing, visualizing, and presenting data • Strong knowledge of project management approaches and adept at using planning software; Monday.com experience is a plus • Experience training staff to use systems and developing training materials
