• Included Health is looking for a Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Michigan. • This is a 1099 Contractor opportunity. • Remote Therapists provide individual virtual therapy using a Telehealth platform. • Work independently with constant access to clinical support. • Clinical Operations team handles billing, patient scheduling, and onboarding. • Assist clients through their mental health journey with an evidence-based approach. • Create a full treatment plan and deliver necessary care. • Indicate interest in full-time opportunity in application. • Looking to establish relationships with licensed clinicians in various states.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program • 3+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in MICHIGAN; licensure in multiple states is highly valued • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of current residence • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Ability to treat all ages preferred • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program • 6+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in MICHIGAN; licensure in multiple states is highly valued • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of current residence • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Ability to treat all ages preferred • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program • 5+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience • Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in MICHIGAN; licensure in multiple states is highly valued • Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in the state of current residence • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Ability to treat all ages preferred • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
