Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program • 3+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in WISCONSIN; licensure in multiple states is highly valued • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Ability to treat all ages preferred • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program • 6+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in WISCONSIN; licensure in multiple states is highly valued • Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program • 5+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience • Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in WISCONSIN; licensure in multiple states is highly valued
