Description

• Talent Management Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support, including employee relations, data management in Workday, and talent management programs. • You will play a crucial role within the Talent Management team, more specifically, the Talent Partner (HR Business Partner) team, reporting directly to the Director, Talent Partners. • This role is a remote role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience • 3+ years of Human Resource experience • Experience with program and/or project management • Experience with employee relations and/or performance management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • You have an understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Demonstrate high level of professionalism & impeccable discretion with confidential information • Demonstrated proficiency using Google Suite (eg - Gmail, Google Slides, Google Sheets) • Knowledge and previous experience with Workday a strong plus
