📋 Description

• Testnet MPC Infrastructure Management: Deploy, monitor, and maintain the decentralized MPC network infrastructure for the Inco testnet and devnets. • Mainnet MPC Operator Relations: Work closely with mainnet MPC network participants. • Security and Compliance: Implement bank-grade security measures within the decentralized network environment. • Tooling and Automation: Develop and maintain tools to support both internal operations and external participant needs. • Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive documentation and deployment guides for network participants. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on security and operational standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Multi-Party Computation networks and protocols such as MP-SPDZ, Sharemind, or similar protocols in the blockchain space. • 4-5 years in DevOps roles within decentralized or high-security environments. • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms. • Experience with AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Pulumi for deployment scripts, and CSI drivers. • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible. • Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption technologies, and secure network architectures. • Experience implementing compliance standards and conducting security audits. • Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash. • Proven ability to work with external partners or community node operators. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
