β€’ Directing the sales strategy for CALA South (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay). β€’ Responsible for the tactics and action plans to attract, engage, and win new business for the organisation. β€’ Collaborating within your established network, establishing new leads and converting opportunities into revenue generating accounts. β€’ Leading by example to drive accuracy in forecasting and real achievements in identified target customer accounts. β€’ Driving business profitability and key commercial growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Strong experience working within Telco and Cable (Communication Service Providers) and familiarity with key market trends driving target customer requirements. β€’ 10 years working within software sales or carrier sales/product environments. β€’ Demonstrable evidence of leading the commercial direction of a business, with a history of overachieving targets and proven success targeting and winning new business. β€’ Experience working in the telecommunications/network operator industry, in software sales, carrier sales or carrier product knowledge. β€’ Familiarity with best practice forecasting and strategic sales planning processes. β€’ Very comfortable with using CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous). β€’ Excellent communication skills; oral and written communications to technical, business and executive audiences. β€’ Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to collaborate and drive progress with individuals and teams across the business. β€’ Comfortable working with, learning about, and understanding complex business solutions.
