Now is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to make the experience of debt resolution smoother, and more human. • The Role: As the Director of Engineering you will lead a global engineering team dedicated to advancing our product strategy for Collect. This role oversees engineers working on client, customer, and internal innovations, collaborating with product leadership, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive InDebted’s growth, client and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling high-performance engineering teams, with a track record of leading teams of 20+ across hybrid and remote settings. • Strong strategic thinking with a bias for action and the ability to make sound decisions in complex environments. • Proficient in event-driven architecture and distributed systems, with a passion for technical excellence and continuous learning. • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining B2B products, ideally with experience in consumer-facing components as well. • Strong focus on delivering customer value while driving measurable business outcomes through efficient product engineering. • Extensive experience delivering and managing large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple markets, with the ability to spot emerging issues and preemptively implement solutions. • Successful track record of growing and scaling engineering teams (from 5 to 50+), with a focus on progression, performance management, and talent acquisition. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams around shared goals, ensuring transparency and accountability in all initiatives.
