• About InDebted: InDebted provides future-thinking organisations with products and solutions to support overdue consumers through debt. • Backed by technology with a human touch, we use machine learning and AI to personalise the collections journey and champion positive customer experiences. • Founded in Australia, today we're a team of over 300 people living and working around the world. • We're rapidly expanding throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. • We’re a $50m revenue organisation, having recently completed our Series C funding round, backed by leading investors. • We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team of data experts. • Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the team. • The ideal candidate is an experienced senior data analyst and data wrangler who enjoys automation, providing solutions to data problems, report creation, forecasting, predictive modelling, and insights generation. • You must be a self-motivator, enjoy training and developing others, and be able to work independently. • Reporting to Analytics Lead, you will work closely with the data team to ensure successful execution of insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics/ Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science; graduate degree in Data Science or other equivalent fields is preferred • 7+ years of experience working in the analytics discipline, demonstrating strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies • Experience training and developing data analysts • Proven experience in providing technical training and development to other analysts • Experience working in the analytics discipline • Experience performing deep investigations into the data • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills • Experience developing written material ready for use in client meetings and external presentations • Understanding of the ability to manage inbound requests (ticket system) • Strong knowledge of and experience with relational databases using SQL • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Python • Exposure to Amazon Web Services (or similar cloud service) • Exposure to data models, database design development, data mining • Exposure to managing, mentoring and training team members • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail • Exposure to or experience working in a multinational company or consulting firm
