📋 Description
• Assisting customers with information about products and resolving issues • Responding to internal and external inquiries within service level agreements • Managing incoming contacts regarding customer complaints and general inquiries • Analyzing and resolving problems and discrepancies for member accounts • Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of customer services policies
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years customer service, call center, or relevant experience • Availability for shifts running 8:00am to 12:00 midnight, 7 days a week
