📋 Description

• As a Principal Consultant, Tribal Healthcare, you will play a critical leadership role within the Healthcare Consulting Team with a strong background in revenue cycle consulting, healthcare and tribal relations. • You will oversee multiple large projects and clients and will be the key contact for many client relationships. • You will have direct and indirect reports and will mentor team members. • You support the Consulting Practice Lead in developing and implementing efficient team processes and procedures. • You have a significant role in business development, working closely with the Sales team on new clients and also hold responsibility for growing current client accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant consulting experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery (experience working with Tribal communities, is considered an asset). • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Tribal Relations, Economics, Finance or a related field, MBA or other advanced degree preferred. • Consulting certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, Change Management Professional). • Expertise in data visualization tools. • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
