Description

• Responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical architectures for Indigo Consulting clients. • Designing, developing, and managing the architecture and implementation of IAM projects and programs from multiple vendor platforms. • Acted as the lead on Sailpoint product and engagements. • Built and nurtured positive relationships with clients to exceed customer satisfaction. • Advised clients on appropriate technologies to use based on business requirements.

• Managed project scope, schedule, status and documentation. • Developed a structured approach to project management to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability. • Conducted workshops to collect functional and non-functional requirements. • Worked with business process owners and subject matter experts to elicit requirements for new IAM solutions. • Provided support and coaching on Sailpoint technology to the entire team.
