Description

• Oversee curriculum development and operational oversight • Build and manage a high-performing team • Analyze and streamline operational workflows • Ensure high level of support and satisfaction for students and mentors • Monitor key performance indicators related to mentor allocations • Develop and implement onboarding process for new mentors • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Implement strategies to retain top mentors • Work with talented contractors to develop curriculum materials • Establish standards for curriculum quality • Provide resources and training for mentors • Develop methods to track and evaluate student outcomes

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Education, Management, or a related field preferred • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in education or a related sector • Proven track record in curriculum development and operations management • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • High degree of empathy and cross-cultural comfort • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
