• Become an Indigo Research Mentor and help motivated high school students around the world complete a college-level research project. • Work remotely and guide students to unlock their potential! • Provide high-quality research mentorship to aspiring students from diverse backgrounds. • Help students complete and publish independent research projects based on engineering topics.
Requirements
• Assistant Professor at a US top 15 or UK top 10 universities in Engineering or related fields. • A high degree of empathy and deep cross-cultural comfort when working with high-school students. • Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing changes. • Flexible when working in a start-up environment. • Sound judgment and knowing when to ask for support!
