Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications • Leverage extensive experience and expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable, high-performance solutions • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of experience in a production environment as a full stack web engineer • Strong experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML • Experience with a Python Framework (ex. Django, Flask) • Proficiency in a least one modern database technology (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL) • Solid understanding of Restful APIs • Experience with Git and related workflows • Familiar with web-related AWS services (ex. EC2, RDS, S3) • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills • Experience writing automated tests • Documents important business requirements and technical information • Experience working in an agile team environment (not required, but a plus) • Experience with build systems (ex. Jenkins) and build pipelines (not required, but a plus) • Advanced experience with AWS containerization or developer related services (not required, but a plus) • Able to work within the Linux environment to manage web applications and related tasks (not required, but a plus)
