📋 Description
• Oversee and manage fin fan cleaning projects • Manage and train Supervisors on and off site • Communicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout projects • Manage staffing requirements of operations team • Manage logistics of equipment needed on sites for successful projects • Collect required data and relay to reporting team in real time • Provide site notes to ReNu leadership and refinery POCs daily • Observe teams on site to control quality of service, safety and company standards/policies are being always followed • Provide real time training to all staff throughout projects • Assist Supervisors through challenges while on projects • Conduct project onboarding meetings with Supervisors, Lead FAS and FAS employees virtually and in person when possible • Perform site walks to assess equipment health and performance with both current and prospective customers • Provide direct feedback to Supervisors and conduct reviews scheduled by ReNu Director of Operations • Plan projects from start to finish with a fiscal responsibility to earn a profit • Conduct pre-job calls with customer POCs
