Description
•Part-Time 15-20 hours per week then ramping up to full time •Starting at $6-12 per hour •Work closely with a visionary CEO involved in innovative product development and partnerships with high-profile clients. •Opportunities for growth within a rapidly scaling startup with plans for expansion. •A chance to work on exciting projects, such as influencer campaigns, celebrities, product launches, and working with ecommerce platforms like Shopify. •Flexible work hours and the chance to take on a role with increasing responsibilities. •Email & Calendar Management: Prioritize and manage CEO's email inbox, schedule meetings, and coordinate off-site events. •Operational & Marketing Support: Assist with day-to-day business operations, including order management, customer support inquiries, coordinating with vendors, assisting with Shopify site updates, and posting on social media. Create SOPs for business processes. •Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research on software, products, suppliers, and business services. Analyze costs and make informed recommendations. •Project Management: Manage tasks from start to completion, track timelines, and follow up with the CEO and freelancers to ensure all deadlines are met. Help to hire and source talent for projects. •Travel & Logistics Coordination: Research and book flights, accommodations, and event logistics for business trips. Ensure travel is booked in the most cost-effective manner while meeting the needs of the CEO. •Supplier & Vendor Communication: Manage communication with suppliers and vendors for ongoing projects and product development, ensuring clear and timely interactions. •Customer Support: Take ad hoc customer calls and inquiries regarding products, shipping, and customer satisfaction (we have a CXS team, however there may be a need).
