Description

• Designing and operating real-time cloud data infrastructure • Collaborating with global engineering team to build reliable and scalable data stack • Turning cutting-edge technologies (Rust, Kubernetes, WebAssembly) into user-friendly products • Working on every part of the stack, from low-level networking code to high-performance distributed services • Leveraging and extending open-source project Fluvio to construct cloud-native infrastructure • Owning and driving the product lifecycle • Developing and maintaining development and deployment systems • Identifying areas for improvement and creating innovative solutions • Defining and prioritizing product roadmap • Monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance and reliability

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Rust programming with Async programming experience • At least 1 year of Kubernetes experience • Experience in deploying and maintaining cloud applications • 2+ years of experience in writing REST services • Experience in Networking and Linux • Strong problem-solving skills • Knowledge of distributed systems and data structures • Fluent in English • Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment • Preferred skills and experience in AWS services (EKS, S3, IAM, EC2, VPC) • Experience in writing Kubernetes Operators • Knowledge of event streaming systems (Kafka, Flink) • Data Engineering
