Description

• Support the sales team in Hamburg, Vienna, or remote in acquiring customers for influData. • Identify new business opportunities and proactively contact potential customers. • Conduct A/B tests to optimize lead communication. • Manage the entire sales process from acquisition to successful contract negotiations. • Provide individual advice to potential customers. • Ensure high data quality in the CRM system. • Collect and apply customer feedback for continuous strategy improvement. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the SaaS B2B environment. • Proven success in customer acquisition and contract closures. • Degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field is an advantage, but not a requirement. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. • Strong customer orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships. • Experience in data analysis for lead identification and optimization of sales activities. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot.
