📋 Description
• Influur is the first startup that works as an app-based marketplace by directly creating jobs for Influencers, Creators, and Brands around the world. • Our leadership team loves working side by side with our team, providing unique opportunities to grow and develop, professionally and personally. • As an Events Coordinator at Influur, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and post-event reporting of client-facing events. • Your responsibility includes sourcing vendors to creating timelines and presentations, supporting activations in LATAM.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of proven experience in event planning and production, ideally within the influencer marketing or entertainment industry. • Bilingual in English and Spanish required (both written and spoken). • Strong strategic approach to event planning with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. • Understanding and knowledge of LATAM influencer trends is a plus. • Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, based on event needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in coordinating events or activations in Latin America.
