📋 Description

• Influur is the first startup that works as an app-based marketplace by directly creating jobs for Influencers, Creators, and Brands around the world. • We have created a streamlined solution built from the influencer perspective, making Influur the first platform where influencers feel they belong in a professional space. • At Influur, our leadership team loves working side by side with our team, providing unique opportunities to grow and develop, professionally and personally. • The Head of Data and AI will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Influur's data and AI strategy. • You will lead the data team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, or Power BI. • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices, including data quality standards and data protection measures. • Strong understanding of AI principles and practices, including model performance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations. • Experience in designing and implementing data architectures and pipelines that are scalable, automated, secure, and auditable. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. • Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and extract key insights from raw data. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards common goals. • Experience breaking the longer term priorities into tangible deliverables and sequencing in a logical and efficient way. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A Master's degree is preferred. • Experience in influencer marketing and social media industry is a plus.
