• Analyze organizational needs and propose capability development solutions. • Create and design blended learning curricula addressing business challenges. • Integrate, assess, and report on training progress and challenges.
• Any Bachelor’s degree • 10-15 years’ experience in instructional design, preferably for corporate clients. • Hands-on experience in reviewing storyboards, analyzing customer needs and creating learning solutions d • Ability to write content that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct by using appropriate standards and writing styles. • Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines • Knowledge of learning development tools: o Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Studio o Adobe e-Learning Suite Programs (Captivate, Photoshop, Flash,) o MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel) o Camtasia, Storyline, Snagit o Exposure to learning technologies and platforms – LMS, collaborative learning platforms etc. • Experience in designing and developing high-end learning products such as business simulations, games, and videos. • Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA).
