Description

• Project Manager with experience in delivering complex projects in a service environment\n• Innovate and implement creative solutions for exceptional project delivery\n• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to define project delivery requirements\n• Manage daily operations of project progress and performance\n• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them\n• Review deliverables prior to client presentation to ensure quality\n• Ensure adherence to service-level agreements and client requirements\n• Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance quality\n• Collaborate to refine operational policies minimizing bottlenecks\n• Seek opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings

Requirements

• 5 + experience in project management, particularly in service delivery or consulting\n• Experience in security, blockchain, or distributed systems related services\n• Experience working with global cross-functional teams\n• Experience identifying and upselling follow on services\n• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders\n• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management\n• Exceptional communication and organizational skills\n• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
