Are you ready? • The Role • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. • Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. • Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. • Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. • Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences • Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel • Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.). • Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients. • Substantial proven experience (10 years plus) working in client facing consulting/contracting roles. • Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. • Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
