🎯 Requirements
• In-depth understanding of various HR functions like Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, and ability to design and implement HR journeys and processes aligned with business objectives. • Hands-on experience with HR Cloud systems and capability to support the selection and implementation of HR technologies. • Proven ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and help solve their HR challenges. • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience from recognised consultancies, or 6 years in-house roles with significant project exposure.
