Requirements

• Higher education degree, e.g. in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or other • At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience • Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development and transformation experience • Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation • Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle) BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation • Proactive self-starters, high energy, motivated and driving personality • Willingness to travel and an excellent command of English, additional language skills in German or French are highly desirable.
