• Provide L1 remote support, managing and resolving user issues efficiently. • Handle user calls, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure timely resolution. • Follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved. • Work with established SOPs and support processes to ensure consistent service delivery. • Troubleshoot and support desktop issues, Active Directory, software installation, Teams, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, network problems, and more. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges. • Work in a shift-based environment, ensuring smooth IT support operations.
• Previous experience in remote L1 IT support. • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle various technical issues. • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with users, ensuring high-quality support. • Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems. • Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken). • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
