ā¢ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region through direct sales and distributor networks. ā¢ Identify and build relationships with key clients, hospitals, and distributors to expand market share. ā¢ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical consumables market. ā¢ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. ā¢ Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management. ā¢ Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. ā¢ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and meet client needs. ā¢ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. ā¢ Participate in tender procedures.
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the medical devices industry, ideally with exposure to syringes, needles, or sutures. ā¢ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets. ā¢ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. ā¢ Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and experience in working with both direct sales and distributor models. ā¢ Experience in handling tender procedures is a plus. ā¢ Willingness to travel extensively for business (up to 50% of the time). ā¢ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
