• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region through direct sales and distributor networks. • Identify and build relationships with key clients, hospitals, and distributors to expand market share. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical consumables market. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management. • Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and meet client needs. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • Participate in tender procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the medical devices industry, ideally with exposure to syringes, needles, or sutures. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. • Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and experience in working with both direct sales and distributor models. • Experience in handling tender procedures is a plus. • Willingness to travel extensively for business (up to 50% of the time). • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
