• Analyze and document user requirements to ensure a clear understanding of user needs. • Prototype innovative products and applications for user testing and feedback. • Design engaging and intuitive visual and interaction elements to enhance the user experience. • Test and validate designs through usability testing, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. • Develop strategic concepts for data products and create use cases to support project objectives. • Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrated through at least 2 completed projects. • Strong experience in usability testing and design research methods. • Proficiency in leading design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite). • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (Node.js, React, Vue.js, Typescript) to collaborate effectively with development teams. • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to create compelling data-driven interfaces. • Ability to conduct and moderate Design Thinking workshops to foster innovation and user-centered design. • Familiarity with corporate design systems and best practices in large-scale. • English and German at a minimum B2 level.
