📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of high quality and profitable projects for Infoverity clients. • Managing international consulting teams to deliver projects for clients located in Europe, LATAM and DACH regions. • Exceptional communication skills and focus on details are essential for the role. • Manage day-to-day solution delivery for client accounts, ensuring Infoverity standards are met and in accord with Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by setting, managing and delivering on expectations. • Monitor client satisfaction and project execution to ensure timeliness, quality and profitability. • Monitor and report status and risks to client and Infoverity management. • Anticipate and assign the correct resources to ensure timely, profitable and quality completion of projects and to maximize the productivity of the project team. • Monitor and understand the client project budget to identify potential shortfalls or overages. • Make recommendations to clients as requested on best practices or long term solutions to resolve current issues and also set them up for future satisfaction of system design. • Interface with clients and Infoverity Practice Area Managers to understand business and technology needs, propose solutions and secure and deliver projects. • Facilitate and lead meetings to ensure progress on solutions and products.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in one of the following areas: software development, data management, business intelligence, data integration or IT consulting. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels within client accounts. • Experienced team builder and consummate team player. • Confidence in tackling new business or technical challenges. • Disciplined curiosity: interest in asking ‘why’ and synthesizing important findings into alternatives and recommendations. • Excellent oral and written communication. • Ability to communicate and translate technical information appropriately to different levels of the client organization. • Attention to details.
