📋 Description
• Infovista is seeking a highly qualified International Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Computer Software industry. • You will play a pivotal role in reviewing, analysing and making recommendations on our global tax strategies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations while optimizing our tax positions. • The Tax Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining international tax policies and procedures, focusing on various jurisdictions that impact our global operations. • Collaborate closely with our finance and legal teams to identify tax-saving opportunities and evaluate the potential impact of new legislation and entity consolidation. • Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors, providing them with the necessary information to support our tax positions. • Ensure we navigate the complexities of international tax law effectively and efficiently.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax management or related roles. • Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in transfer pricing methodologies and documentation. • Experience with tax software and reporting tools is highly desirable. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex tax issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and external advisors.
